Service of thanksgiving in memory of Sir Martin Laing
On Thursday the 8th of February, a service of thanksgiving in memory of Sir Martin Laing who passed away on the 27th of December 2023, at the age of 81, will be held at St Paul’s Anglican Pro-Cathedral in Valletta at 10:45.
Sir Martin Laing, together with his wife, Lady Stephanie Laing, who is a St John Council Member, have been silently supporting St John Malta for several years as our organisation is very dear to them.
St John Members are encouraged to do their best to attend this ceremony and the Family of Sir Martin Laing would really appreciate if we attended in uniform. The service will be followed by a reception at the Casino Maltese and all Members are invited.
