National clean-up campaign organised by ‘Let’s do it Malta’
On Saturday 16th we will be joining the national clean-up campaign organised by ‘Let’s do it Malta’ by removing debris from an inaccessible bay located at Fomm ir-Rih using rope access technics and other equipment. This is a great opportunity for all those who would like to practice their high angle skills for a good cause.
We will meet at the fort at 07:45 to depart at 08:00 or else members can meet us on site at 08:30. Members attending can sleepover at the Fort from Friday to Saturday. A BBQ will also be organised for those sleepingover. Kindly register for this event and send me an email indicating if you will be meeting at Fort or on site and also if sleeping-over.
Uniform and PPE to wear USAR: SJRC Baseball Cap, SJRC T-Shirt, SJRC Blue Trousers, Black Boots, SJRC Hi-Vis Bib, Helmet and Gloves. Please inform me if you are missing any PPE so that we could provide.
