Saturday Training

Please note that starting from this Saturday 14-July until the end of September we shall start the Watermanship Training.

During this course we shall cover the following topics:
Life Support
Land Based Rescue
Water Based Rescue
Non-Contact Rescue
Contact Rescue
Resuscitation Rescue
Boat/dinghy Rescue

Note that :
We shall meet at the Fort this Saturday at 1400hrs and we shall depart to the beach at 1430hrs.The training sessions will always end at around 1800hrs.
Uniform: Corps cap & Corps T-Shirt, shorts and appropriate footwear such as sandals, flip-flops. For those of you who prefer light coloured t-shirts, the Quarter Master has some remaining white Corps T-Shirts. Please liaise with Mr Neville Sammut (Logistics) if you intend to purchase a white t-shirt.
Due to the nature of this training, participants are being requested to use appropriate swimwear: 
Males are requested to use swimming trunks/shorts and avoid briefs. 
Females are requested to use swimsuits and avoid two-piece bikinis. If you have difficulties, pls consult one of the trainers.
Bring a beach towel & sun-cream for all sessions. 
Bring cold water.

This Saturday we will be continue our training on High Angle rescue techniques
