Note,

The site coordinator / safety advisor reserves the right to stop any participant from participating in the exercise if he notices any miss behaviour or anyone not following the rules and regulations as stipulated in the CPD document.

Procedures,

Should a real incident occur during the exercise, the team leader should report the incident to the site coordinator / safety advisor without any delay.
While working on the incident site all risks should be first taken into consideration, no extra risks should be taken.
If the team has any query or they do not know how to proceed further in the exercise, they should speak to the site coordinator / safety advisor for his advice.
Do not taken extra risks as you might be putting someone else in danger.
Remember that this is an exercise and not a race against time.
Ask for advice if you do not know how to proceed further do not put your team at risk. ASK
Be disciplined and act with caution.
Be aware that you are constantly surrounded by danger.
Every team must have only one leader.
When responding to the exercise site it is prohibited to sound the siren.
When responding to the incident site drive with blue /red lights on.
Respect the speed limit and all road safety.
When working from heights you must be safely tied.
Do not use cutting tools inside confine spaces.
Exercise accreditation card must be carried by the participant at all time during the exercise. No one will be authorised entry without the accreditation card.

OSOCC/LEMA will be situated at the CPD situation room as command and control will determine when to deploy the teams, it will notify the beginning of the exercise and will finally gives the general stand down.
