St John Malta AGM

Dear volunteers,

Kindly be informed that the St John Malta Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held virtually on Thursday 10th December at 1830hrs. 

The agenda for the upcoming AGM meeting will cover the following: 

1. Opening of meeting;
2. Approval of minutes of 2019 AGM;
3. Matters arising;
4. Secretary’s annual report; questions, if any;
5. Report by Commander (including reports by the three Commissioners); questions;
6. Chairman’s address.

Members who would like to attend the virtual meeting should register via this online form by not later than 5th December 2020. 

Those who register to attend will be receiving all the necessary details on how to join the virtual meeting by email.
