Training by Sedqa Substance Abuse - Risks
Keeping Youths Engaged and Empowered is a project funded under the Achievers Scheme 2020, by the Ministry for Justice, Equality and Governance.  
 
Its objectives are:• to educate St. John Rescue Corps members about substance abuse, the risks involved and how to support people at risk or currently abusing substances.

• to create a cycling training module that will start forming part of the regular training and capabilities of the Corps that will help keep our members engaged and motivated to keep fit and always ready for deployment.

 
Agenzija Seqda will be organising three online training sessions relating to substance abuse. All St John members are invited to participate, including those not participating in the bicycle training part of this project. All sessions will commence at 1800hrs.
