Preparations for BBQ

Saturday morning, we need help for the BBQ preparations.  We will be meeting at 08:30 at the Rinella Camp Site and we will be assigning tasks such cooking, setting up for the venue, transport, errands, etc…

As like previous BBQs, this an important event with over 200 guests confirmed that generates much needed funds for St John Malta, therefore, if available, kindly register and give me the timing of your availability so that we assign tasks accordingly.
