Improving your overall strength through physical fitness is vital in order to perform rescue tasks without putting yourself or others at risk of injury. Mental and physical strength enables a Rescuer to stay focused on a given task and have the muscular endurance to complete it, for that reason we will be doing physical training sessions every Thursday at the fort from 18:30 to 19:30 for all Corps members. Bring with you comfortable sportswear, running shoes, towel and water.
