This Saturday Mr. Josef Borg will be conducting a practical session in ascending and descending using ascenders.

You are to turn up for your training in full uniform.

Ideally you are at the Fort at 13:45 so we can start on time.

The next session will be outside the Fort.

This Saturday Senior Rescue Officer Josef Borg will be leading the training in High Angle.

This will include use of rope & equipment. Buddy check system, ascending & decending.

Please ensure you are properly dressed in uniform to participate. Bring along your gloves & helmet.
