Social Event with Guests

A dinner is being organised for our foreign guests at Feretti Birzebbugia. All members are invited to attend and hereunder is the set menu that also includes water and wine all costing 35€ pp. Full payment is required to accept booking and has to be paid by the 23^rd of May. Dress Casual Smart.

Fresh Norwegian salmon fillet roasted to a nearly cooked through degree, with mint and goat cheese crust and lemon emulsion.

Selection of cakes or ice cream and coffee

All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes or salad and fries
